Parkwell
With a whole lot of other important things to think about, finding parking spaces shouldn’t be one of them. Parkwell brings a perfect solution to bridging that gap. In addition to the many forms of parking styles, many parking apps in my research have started to capitalise on the On-demand concept to solving this parking problems. There is also a constrain on these apps as it relies heavily on renting and most collaborations with park owners that already exist which also provides more available parking space throughout the city. The most used standard parking dimensions per vehicle is about 180 Sqft, making most of the acre to be about 43560 Sqft which will yield and average of 242 vehicles parking spaces. This doesn’t do justice to the amount of spaces needed due to regulations and infrastructure and not to mention a rapidly growing number of commuters and vehicles. The Question now is more on how to find more accessible spaces faster.
